1. Go to the Task manager
2. click on the "Application" Tab ( if its not )
3. Right Click on the application that's Giving you the Messge > go
the Process.
4 as you can see there is "svchost.exe" Highlighted.
5. Right Click and Select "End Process Tree"

I notice that there are two websites which are been blocked...
1. Orkut
2. youtube

also i notice that there is a .mp3 file which lets the Sound to be
Played @ the end of the Display.

whenever ur compyter got structed ..wat v ll do is ...press restart button...
instead of tat...
-->go to the task manager (alt+ctrl+del)
-->select processes
-->select explorer.exe
-->press end process

now ur sys v ll be blank
-->again press alt+ctrl+del
-->goto applications
-->press new tasks
-->there type "explorer.exe"
-->press enter ...
ur sys comes into normal running position
IT S ALMOST RESTARTING D SYSTEM..
